Return & Exchange Policy
All merchandise purchased from IdSketch.com may be returned maximum* within 2 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below. Additional guidelines are also noted below.
Refund shall be requested when IdSketch.com receives your return. In case of exchange the exchanged item shall be delivered on the receiving the exchanged item. You should expect your refunds in case of return within 2 weeks of returning your jewelry item.
Printing / Designing and Web Development
In printing all the orders are unique and different. IdSketch.com only produces your customized products when you order them. As all Sales are Final, no refund / credit or exchange shall be made. If it is verified that we made an error, we shall re-print the order. The customer is responsible to notify any defects or mistakes within 3 business days of acceptance. And the defective product shall be returned within 10 days of receiving it in order to get the replacement from IdSketch.com. (at their own expense.) All the charges related to expedite printing and shipping are not refundable, including for those ordered items which are returned for some reason.

As we operate on low margins, we do not encourage customers to espouse a "buy to try" approach.
You cannot return or exchange an item which you have ordered IdSketch.com to produce for you.
